Luke Rodgers joined Bolton in January 2013. Mr. Rodgers has over 14 years of healthcare related experience. His work has primarily focused on government programs (Medicaid and Medicare), utilization forecasting, and experience rating. Mr. Rodgers is detail oriented with a strong technical background. He designed and built Bolton Partners’ Medicare Part D pricing model, as well as a liability estimation and cost savings model specific to the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) Initiative.
In addition to Medicare and modeling experience, Mr. Rodgers has been analyzing Medicaid products
for the past 14 years.
Wife, Lisa, is a high school science teacher. She recently attained her National Board certification and received the Milken Educator Award. One furbaby, a cat named Penelope.
Outdoor activities (gardening and hiking), international travel, visiting with family and friends, and vinification (winemaking).
