Saab North America, Inc. has terminated the Saab U.S. Defined Benefit Pension Plan effective December 31, 2022. We are planning on distributing or purchasing annuities for all remaining benefits on or about August 1, 2023. To assist you in returning your completed election forms, we have established this online secure portal in association with Bolton Partners, Inc., our actuaries who certified the benefit amounts listed in your election package.
