Rodolfo is a senior and lead consultant with 27 years of experience in the retirement space working in areas of key focus for plan sponsors, including multiyear cost analysis, development of funding strategies, pension risk management solutions, strategic plan mergers, spin-offs and restructuring, plan design, and non-discrimination testing.

Rodolfo has extensive experience with small to large client engagements, consulting on all aspects of the relationship, leading meetings, managing internal teams and financial results, and securing renewals.
