Bill Anderson is a senior consultant at Bolton with over 25 years of benefit consulting and operations management experience at a national level. He specializes in working with clients to deliver benefit and HR solutions that provide exceptional service to all participants by streamlining the enrollment processes and data sharing across the benefit, payroll, and carrier eligibility systems.

As a senior consultant at Bolton, Bill utilizes his experience working with state governments, Fortune 500 companies, and hundreds of carriers and service providers over the years to concentrate on our service teams facilitating and delivering smooth transitions and successful long-term relationships between all parties. Most recently, Bill worked creating relationships with major carriers to participate in Private Exchange offerings.

He has held management roles with UnitedHealthcare as both a Sales Director of National Accounts and Vice President of Sales and Client Services and held the positions of HRO Transition Executive with ACS and Health and Welfare Consultant at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson).
