Bill Campbell is a Consulting Actuary for Bolton and is one of the key employees in our Federal Government practice. He has over 34 years of experience working on federal, public sector, private sector, church plans & multiemployer plans. Bill is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
