Scott Schreiber is Managing Director and Office Lead (Cincinnati/Midwest) of Bolton Rewards. Scott has 30 years of multidisciplinary experience to assist clients in maximizing the return in their compensation investment. Scott has consulted with a wide range of organizations from mature divisions of Fortune 50 companies to mid-sized organizations, including Honeywell, Intelligrated, Battelle, Council on Aging, Milacron, and OE Connection. Prior to co-founding RSC, Scott started the Compensation Service Group (merged into RSC), served as the Midwest Compensation Practice Leader for Watson Wyatt, and was a Principal and Practice Leader for Mercer’s Reward and Talent Management practice. Prior experience also includes Vice President of Human Resources at a large insurance company and several other corporate and consulting roles.
