Jennifer Pierce is an Associate Consultant in Bolton's Health practice and has over 15 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration.

Jennifer works directly with clients and system providers to successfully deliver new benefit system conversion on time and on budget. She has the experience and knowledge to conduct client discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, training and ongoing client support through mentoring, troubleshooting and open enrollment. Her goal is to help clients streamline their benefits and human resources operations so they can eliminate redundancies and work more efficiently. She has led teams of benefit administrators for large clients where she was responsible for managing client expectations and deliverables.

Jennifer has held positions with notable organizations such as Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), Delaware Hospice, Inc., Amtrak, PrimePay, and Providence Technology Solutions (PTS). Her professional background focuses on Human Resources and Benefits Administration with expertise in new system implementation and ongoing benefits administration. Jennifer also has experience with Affordable Care Act compliance and retirement plan administration for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science from King’s College.
