In celebration of Women’s History Month and international Women’s Day, Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA) President and Bolton’s Chief Actuary, Ellen Kleinstuber participated in a CCA panel discussion focused on women in actuarial leadership this week. Ellen and the four other panelists, who all serve in a presidential role, gathered to discuss their triumphs, challenges, and inspirations and to share their journey with others.

Of significant importance, this is the first time in history that all five U.S. actuarial associations concurrently have a woman serving as President.
