Over the last 25 years Geoff has held leadership and healthcare consulting positions with several other firms including The Warner Companies, Aon and Mercer. Prior to that he was Manager of Compensation and Benefits Planning for Pizza Hut, a PepsiCo company. Mark Lynne will continue to serve Bolton as Principal, Senior Consultant and Vice-President of Bolton Health.

Within Bolton Retirement, Ellen Kleinstuber will take on the role of Chief Actuary. Ellen joined Bolton in September 2017, bringing 27 years of actuarial consulting experience in the private sector. She has an extensive background in defined benefit funding, accounting and general compliance, plan administration issues, fiduciary responsibility, and actuarial professionalism. As an active volunteer in the actuarial profession Ellen has unique insights into the issues relevant to all areas of Bolton Retirement, including public sector, private sector, multiemployer and OPEB. Tom Lowman will continue to serve Bolton as Principal and President of Bolton Retirement.

Independence, integrity, technical excellence and a passion for client service are the hallmarks of Bolton, and both Geoff and Ellen exemplify these values. We are very excited and confident with their new roles and the direction that Bolton is taking as a firm.
