Health & Retirement Practices Announce Leadership Changes

As we position Bolton for continued success in 2019 and beyond, we are making exciting leadership changes in our Health and Retirement practices. We are pleased to announce the following changes, which are in effect:

Within Bolton Health, Geoff Adams will take on the practice leadership role as President of Bolton Health. Over the last 25 years Geoff has held leadership and healthcare consulting positions with several other firms including The Warner Companies, Aon and Mercer. Prior to that he was Manager of Compensation and Benefits Planning for Pizza Hut, a PepsiCo company. Mark Lynne will continue to serve Bolton as Principal, Senior Consultant and Vice-President of Bolton Health.

Within Bolton Retirement, Ellen Kleinstuber will take on the role of Chief Actuary. Ellen joined Bolton in September 2017, bringing 27 years of actuarial consulting experience in the private sector. She has an extensive background in defined benefit funding, accounting and general compliance, plan administration issues, fiduciary responsibility, and actuarial professionalism. As an active volunteer in the actuarial profession Ellen has unique insights into the issues relevant to all areas of Bolton Retirement, including public sector, private sector, multiemployer and OPEB. Tom Lowman will continue to serve Bolton as Principal and President of Bolton Retirement.
