Alton Fryer IV has joined the firm as the Director of Client Services in our Investment division.  Mr. Fryer brings over 20 years of experience working with institutional investment management clients.  During that time he has managed relationships with plan sponsors of 401(k), 403(b), ESOP and defined benefit plans.  He has assisted clients with participant education, plan design and investment lineup construction and monitoring.

Prior to joining Bolton, Mr. Fryer was a Relationship Manager with the Principal Financial Group working with clients in the mid-Atlantic region and worked in a variety of client facing roles at T. Rowe Price.  He will work with the Bolton Investment team to provide consulting and expertise to existing clients while also seeking to expand the client base in areas where our investment advisory expertise can add value.

Mr. Fryer earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
