Abigail Sterling is a skilled writer, editor, and communications professional with a passion for helping businesses craft compelling stories. As Proposal Coordinator, Abigail works with all six of Bolton’s practices source, complete, and submit proposals for both public and private sector entities. In this position, Abby assists prospective clients learn how they can reduce expenses, keep employees engaged, and recruit top talent by working with Bolton through submitting succinct, yet detailed, proposals.

Previously, Abigail served as Marketing Coordinator for EmPower Solar, a renewable energy company servicing homes and businesses across Long Island, New York City, and Connecticut. In this role, she led high-impact email campaigns, managed large-scale client events, and developed engaging blog content to strengthen brand awareness and public education. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to communication, she helps businesses tell their stories effectively and achieve their goals.

Abigail graduated Cum Laude from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University and received an award for Excellence in Magazine Editing.
